There's... For every 100 people who come to a metro area food bank, 50 people will be turned away. There's just not enough food. The Conference Task Force on Children & Poverty is asking our churches to donate food, and will be suggesting some creative ways to gather food donations in the coming months.
 
We are also trying to build a database of Conference churches who have a food pantry. If your church has a food pantry, please email the hours of operation to Conference Director of Outreach Billie Fidlin at billie(at)desertsw.org.
