Curriculum Team: Poster Crew
The curriculum team will need to be recruited, team leader chosen, methods of communication with the local Sidewalk Director established, poster and marker sources located for donations if possible, and communication link with shepherd team established for getting props to the site/truck/Sidewalk Director. This team makes the posters, which are the main teaching tool, besides props from home, of the Sidewalk curriculum. Posters should be colorful, boldly colored with little white space. Always remember that our children sit on very long and large tarps. This team generally meets three to four times a year - colors and eats yummy desserts together! Use chisel edged markers and flat finish poster board. Posters are mounted at Sidewalk on 2 easels. There are certain posters which will also need to be produced apart from the curriculum, which include the American and Christian pledges and song lyric posters as requested by the director.
