Central East District Lay Speakers Training will be held from 5:30 p.m. Friday, November 4 through Saturday, November 5, at 5:00 p.m.  Both the Basic Course and the advanced course, Lay Speakers Lead Small Groups, will be offered.  The program will be hosted at Wesley United Methodist Church (750 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ.
