Executive Director of Administrative Services/Treasurer: Randy Bowman - randy(at)desertsw.org

Randy is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a CPA, licensed in the state of Arizona. Randy has over 30 years of accounting experience, including financial jobs in public accounting and the banking and real estate industries. He was the Assistant Treasurer for the Conference from November 2000 to June 2007 and has been the Conference Treasurer since July 2007.

Randy lost his wife in early 2011 to multiple sclerosis. Randy has two grown sons, Alex and Adam, and shares his house with Sydney, a 65 pound Chow.

Randy has been an avid long-distance runner and cyclist in the past, although his aging body and mind have reduced those activities to only occasional efforts. He has also begun swimming in hopes of completing a triathlon without embarrassing himself too much.

Next to serving God and his family, serving the Conference is one of the great joys of Randy’s life.

Debbie Albert has been the Conference center receptionist since March 2007.  Previously Debbie worked 20 years for Motorola and then moved on to Ping Golf to work as a receptionist/security in the Tournament Department.  Debbie got to work with and know many of the tournament players there at Ping.

Debbie has 3 grown children, Thon (37), Chad (33), and Krista (31).  She also is the proud grandparent of 6 precious grandsons and 1 beautiful granddaughter ranging in ages from 5 to 12 years old.

Over the years, Debbie has taken many office support classes at Gateway Community College.  She recently attended Phoenix College to pursue an interest in culinary arts.  She will use the talents she has to cook good meals for her family and help with cooking at the church.

Debbie also loves the outdoors (camping, fishing, swimming and walking) and also likes to do crafts and baking with her grandchildren.

Assistant Treasurer/Comptroller: Dale Cook - dale(at)desertsw.org

Dale is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clarion State University, Clarion, Pennsylvania with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Computer and Quantitative Sciences. He is a CPA and licensed in the state of Arizona. Dale has over 30 years of accounting experience, including financial jobs with public accounting firms, not for profit institutions, governments and for profit companies. He has been Conference Assistant Treasurer since April 2007.

Cynthia feels blessed to have worked with the Desert Southwest Conference for over 23 years. In her free time she enjoys reading and family.
