“Go For the GOLD!”
Just like the Olympians who will be going for the gold in the 2012 Olympic games in London, we will be racing for gold and searching for gold at Potosi Pines. Potosi, which actually means “great wealth” or worth a fortune, was one of the first mines in Southern Nevada. Many early miners rushed to Mt. Potosi in search of great wealth. Join us as we relive some of those early “GOLD RUSH DAYS” with some fun activities.  We will explore all the riches God has given each of us.  2 Corinthians 9:8 tells us: “And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work.”    The Parable of the Rich Fool will be a good reminder having great wealth is not just about money.  As always, we will have crafts, games, skits, music, hiking, and time to make new friends.  Come join all the camp fun as we “Go for the GOLD!” at Potosi!

Into The WILDerness!"
The wilderness is vast, mysterious, and just a little bit dangerous. So is God; bigger than we can imagine, different than we think, and more powerful than any force we know of. Maybe that is why so many men and women of the bible went into the wilderness in search of God. Join us for a week of exploring the wilderness stories of the bible as we explore the wilderness places of Potosi Pines. There will of course be singing and cheering and hiking and plenty of laughter. There will be crafts and archery and many surprises. And all the while we will learn about the places that God has created and how to find God in creation, in nature; in the WILDERNESS!
