Roland Brammeier Award

Nominations for the 2016 Roland Brammeier Award will be accepted until Monday, April 18, 2016.

This award is given in memory of Roland William Brammeier who was a United Methodist minister and community activist. In his honor, the Conference Board of Global Ministries established an award to be given to one clergy and one lay person. The person nominated must demonstrate exemplary performance in the area of mission related to children, hunger, and/or shelter. Any member of a United Methodist Church in our Conference or clergy can make a nomination by submitting a description of how the person nominated is exemplary in one or more of the above areas mentioned.

The Conference Board of Global Ministries will make a monetary donation to a charity associated with feeding the hungry or a meal program as selected by those winning the nomination.
